Admissions

Enrollment at JDJ International Open Schools

Choose how to start: ask our admissions team a question, submit a full application with documents, or reserve a place. We will guide you through every step, from application to account activation.

Three ways to start

How enrollment works

The stages after you apply. Fees are shown in USD.

  1. Application

A form with the parent's or guardian's and student's details and transcript scans.

  2. Transcript analysis

Conversion and transfer of grades from your current school.

    USD 100

  3. Sworn translation

Price per certificate; you can also arrange the translation yourself.

    USD 35

  4. School records entry

Entering the student into the American school records.

    USD 500

  5. Tuition and start

Once tuition is paid, the student receives a Student Resource Kit with login details.

The whole procedure can take up to 14 working days.

Documents to prepare

With the application you upload transcripts for completed years (finalised grades only):

Primary and middle school
the transcript from the last completed year.
First year of secondary school
the transcript from the last completed year.
Later years of secondary school
all transcripts since the start of secondary school.
Adult programme
a scan of a national ID card or passport, needed to prepare the contract.

The question form on this page is for contact only. Do not enter details from identity documents or paste transcript contents into it.

Ways to pay tuition

  • Once per school year, with a discount of up to 15%.
  • In 3 or 10 instalments per school year (slightly more in total than paying upfront); the first instalment is the initial payment.

Tuition depends on the programme and is shown on each programme page.

Application and place reservation

Full applications and place reservations are submitted through JDJ's admissions forms. They collect the parent's or guardian's and student's details, an invoicing address and document scans, so they are handled by the existing admissions system.

Questions about enrollment

What is the difference between a question and an application?

A question is a no-commitment contact: your name and email are enough. An application formally starts enrolment and needs the parent's or guardian's and student's details and documents.

Can I join during the school year?

Yes. You can start at any time of year; each school year lasts 10 months from account activation.

How long does enrollment take?

From application to platform access, the whole procedure can take up to 14 working days.

Do transcripts need to be translated?

If your transcripts need a sworn translation, JDJ can arrange it (USD 35 per certificate) or you can arrange it yourself.

What level of English do I need?

At least B1 is recommended for high school and A2 for middle school. Students with an English grade below 4 on a Polish report, or below B at an English-language school, start with a 3-month ESL course.
